✓ WIPS are responsible for tracking and posting Griotcoin balances.

✓ Verify Web Insurance Claims (WIC) submitted for Web Work Orders (WWO).

✓ Perform appropriate billing functions, including invoicing and account adjustments.

✓ Customer support via telephone or email.

✓ Respond timely to emails and telephone messages from WIP Clients.

✓ Respond to incoming WIC in a timely manner.

✓ Complete reports and enter data into the appropriate WIPA.

✓ Provide coaching and training on the Griotcoins™ Banking System.

✓ Conduct conference calls when needed.
A Web Insurance Plan Specialist or "WIPS" is responsible for all aspects of web insurance maintenance provided by GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™. WIPS are also responsible for managing WIPA for all GriotSites Web Property Owners.
