Late Payments

Because our Web Insurance Plan is an after-care system for GriotSites Web Property Owners, properties that are developed by an outside developing team do not qualify for this service. Also, site properties that are created using templates or sitebuilders do not qualify for this service unless the property was developed by our official chosen site building software WYSIWIG Sitebuilder.

If your payment is going to be late, do one of the following:

Contact us Immediately!

The best way to stay on the WIP is to communicate!!! If you think that you are going to be late with a WIPP or payment, contact us BEFORE the date that the payment is due. Since there are no grace periods on our WIPs, contacting us AFTER the due date will not be accepted and will result in be removed from the WIP. The best method is to contact a WIPS at least 72 hours before the due date. You may also contact your personal Web Property Counselor to request a payment extension. When contacting us for an extension, you must provide a promise-to-pay date and stick to it. An agreed extension cannot be negotiated. Payment Extensions

Payment extensions are put in place to help Web Property Owners out when issues arise that will cause the WIPP to reach our office late. Since we run a tight payment schedule, if payment arrangements are not made BEFORE the due date, the site property will automatically be removed from WIP. Web Property Owners are allowed 3 payment extensions within a 12-month calendar period. To read more about canceling WIPs, check out our article Canceling Web Insurance Plans.”

Suspensions Due to Non-Payment

Suspension of The Freeze It! program occurs when a WIP payment is NOT received in our office by the due date of that payment or WIPP. There is a 24-hour grace period before services are suspended. WIPA suspensions that last longer than 30 days will be terminated, and a new approval has to be determined to start the program again. See our Service Terms for clarity.
