At GriotSites, Time is of the Essence!
Submitting Content for Posting

Web Insurance Plans cover the time spent performing warranty work to correct bugs, spelling errors, perform minor cosmetic/text corrections or changes that may have resulted from errors overlooked by You, the Client and/or GriotSites. It DOES NOT cover old errors that were not caught during the initial Web Property Evaluation regardless of who may be responsible of making them.

The information contained within the webpages shall be authored by the WPO and submitted to GriotSites in its FINAL format using the located in your WIPA or via a primary email. If the information and text submitted is not in its final format and contains spelling, grammatical, syntax errors, etc., GriotSites may charge the Client $35 an hour (minimum 1 hour) for additional time needed to correct the errors that should have been corrected before submission.

Time Stamp for Each Post Request

When a posting request is submitted to WIP, you will receive an automatic email response letting you know that it was received successfully. This automatic message doesn't mean that the email was physically read; it only means that the email has been received and stored on our system. A second email will be sent to you letting you know that your email was physically viewed by a WIPS. The second email called a "web Receipt" will be sent out within 24 hours of receiving your Web Work Order request and it reads something like,

"Hi (WPO’s Name), this is a receipt that your Web Property information was received and viewed on 3/14/2017 @ 9:55 AM for Web Address https://yourprimaryemailaddress.com."

All post submissions under the Web Property Insurance Plan MUST be submitted 7 days before being posted.

Please understand that our services are in high demand (YIPPEE) forcing us to run a strict working schedule. We are constantly updating Web Properties for the many small business owners we have in our Clientèle. Any submissions that need posting BEFORE the 7 days will fall under our Emergency Plan at a rate of $35 per hour (minimum 1 Griotcoin).

*All post submissions under the Web Property Insurance Plan will be performed on Mondays ONLY.

The rest of the week will be utilized to focus on developing new site properties and troubleshooting existing ones. We really pride ourselves on providing undivided attention to each Client's Web Property. It is for this reason why it is very important to follow the posting schedule completely to assure that web maintenance tasks are performed on time.
(Some WIP services such as VIPA include priority maintenance coverage).

*All post submissions must be received in the GriotSites office via email no later than closing time on Monday at 8 pm mst.

For instance, if you have content that needs posting to your Web Property and you submit it on Sunday, January 8th, it will be posted by Monday, January 15th.

Remember, Any requests outside of the schedule will be considered "emergency" services and a $35 per hour fee will apply (minimum 1 Griotcoin).

GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™ may make recommendations regarding the content of the webpages; however, the WPO shall make the final decision and approve the content of the webpages.

Editing Rounds Per Post Submission

GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™ Web Property Insurance Plans constitute changes to the current Web Property and its existing web pages using the current Web Property theme. Each WIC submission is allowed only 1 edit round. This means that the WPO is allowed only 1 correction to be made AFTER we post the initial submission for review. It is important to make sure that the correct information is submitted to us the first time so that we don't waste time correcting errors submitted to us. We will no longer be responsible for content that is submitted to us with incorrect information, and a $35 per hour charge will be added if a second or more edit is needed on the same post.
Some Web Insurance plans may include more than one revision.

Example: If you submit a WIC that contains dates and there is an error found during the "approval" process, just submit the correction request and GriotSites will make the correction. Once the correction is made and after receiving the final "Your Web Property is Updated"  message, any errors you find AFTER receiving the "finale update" message that is NOT the fault of GriotSites will be considered an "emergency edit" and a charge of $35 per hour will be applied to the Client's account (minimum 1 Griotcoin).

Please note that we will not make any charges to your account until you approve the charges.
