Things you should keep in mind

The WPO/Client understands, agrees and acknowledges that it takes approximately 7 business days to complete maintenance requests from the date of the WPO's web receipt unless WIP specifies a different completion time. View each WIP for actual processing times.

Once the work order is complete, the Web Property Owner has 3 business days to review and accept/reject the work performed. If response is not received within the allotted time frame, the work performed will be considered "approved" by default and no changes can be made to the closed ticket. Work orders received AFTER the "approval" can be resubmitted under a new ticket and will be processed if enough credits are available in the current WIP cycle.

Emergency Web Work Order requests can be submitted if a WPO needs the work performed sooner than the processing time indicated in the current WIP. There are times when our work load is low at which time we are able to perform work orders sooner than the allotted times. This is a hit-or-miss/ "standby" process, so if your work order has a definite date, it is best to submit it at least 14 days in advance (idea is 30 days) before the work order needs to be completed. For work orders that can't risk the chance of not being posted before the WIP's allotted processing time, the fee schedule is as follows:

3 Day Work Order is $35.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum request.
24 hours Work Order is $75.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum request.

WIP Accounts (WIPA) that are suspended due to non-payment cannot receive new maintenance submissions for any Web Properties associated with the suspended or terminated account.

Payment arrangements can be requested, and if approved, a fee will be added to the WIP balance to process the extension. View more details regarding services provided by GriotPay Credit Services™.
