3. Fill out the “Submit a ticket” form and send it. Return back to this section to check on any open tickets that you may have in the queue.

Submitting your WIC to update your Web Property is an easy process and we are happy to assist you in this task. In the past, we have utilized an email system to allow WPOs to submit requests for site maintenance or troubleshooting. The new WIP will change the way you submit your WIC to us for processing.
After June 31st, 2017, we will no longer accept direct emails for site updates or troubleshoot requests. All submissions must be sent through our Support Ticket System to be placed on the task queue. Turnaround times depend on your current WIP.
Ticket response time is within 24 hours after submission. If you do not receive a response to your ticket after 24 hours, please contact your WIPS.
