Unlike processing times, turnaround times refer to how long it will take for us to complete a WWO.

Turnaround times are set according to each WIP, and will not exceed its plan unless certain circumstances occur such as,

1. The WIC Request contains changes that will take longer than 2 hours per ticket.

2. The WIC or WWO is put on hold by a WIPS for various reasons. 

3. The WIC Request is rejected for reasons stated by a WIPS.
