How will your posting service benefit me and my Web Property?

As stated above, you may not know HTML coding in order to edit your Web Property, or you just don't have the time to maintain your property. GriotSites handles this for you so that you can concentrate on other important business affairs.

What if I don't have anything to post once a month?

Our Web Insurance Plans (WIP) are similar to having insurance for your house or car; it is in place if you need it. Web Insurance Plans are billed on a monthly basis and will continue unless you decide to cancel. If you do not submit any updates for posting during your service month, you forfeit the benefits of the missed month. Unused monies will not be refunded based on the fact that no post updates were submitted. Since keeping your Web Property fresh is an appealing to visitors and search engines, we recommend that you submit at least one posting during your Monitoring Service month. 

When is the latest I can request a post update to my Web Property?

Web Work Orders (WWO) are cued and worked in the order they are received. Our standard WWO turnaround times are 7 days for regular submissions, 3 days for emergency submissions, and 24 hours for urgent submissions.

Depending on our schedule, we may be able to update a Web Property sooner than our regular schedule but to be on the safe side (especially with time-sensitive updates), we recommend submitting your maintenance request at least 7 days in advance.

What if I miss posting for one month while on the Web Insurance Plan?

During your service month, If you do not submit any updates for posting, you forfeit the benefits of the missed month. As stated above, unused monies will not be refunded based on the fact that no post updates were submitted by the Web Property Owner.

How soon will I see the requested changes to my Web Property?

WWO's are usually completed between 3-5 business days, but depending on our task list, requests may be completed sooner.

How do I cancel the Web Insurance Plan?

If you no longer need or want the Web Insurance Plan, just send us a cancellation request to a WIP Specialist via email at webinsurance@griotsites.com.

What if I have 2 or more Web Properties. Can I receive a discount for multiple properties?

The more the merrier!  If you are needing to obtain our services for 4 or more Web Properties, we will give you 10% off the total monthly premium for WIP accounts that contain 4 or more Web Properties. For instance; If you sign up 3 Web Properties on the "DA Light House" WIP for your Studio property ($25 month X 3), and the "La Royale" WIP for your House property ($69 month), instead of paying $144 per month for all 4, you will only pay $129.60 per month and so on so forth.

Can I upgrade my WIP?

We love it when you upgrade because that indicates to us that you are enjoying/benefiting from our services. It also indicates that you understand the importance of maintaining your online presence. If you wish to upgrade your WIP, just let your Web Specialist know or upgrade in your WIP account.

Do you have an alternative to your Web Insurance Plans?

As a matter of fact, we do. We are an official distributor of WYSIWYG Web Builder, a web building tool that will allow you to copy and paste in the editor to make changes to your Web Property and publish. How do I submit updates to GriotSites for posting?

The ONLY 2 ways to submit Web Property updates is via email or the uploader located in your WIP Account. Only the primary email address that we have on file is authorized to submit updates for posting to your Web Property. If a request is received from an unauthorized email address, the request will automatically be rejected.

How do I know if my Web Property has been updated?

After we have completed your Web Property updates, we will send you an email to let you know that changes have been made to your property along with the details of the changes. If you do not receive this email within the stated times, contact us via email at webinsurance@griotsites.com or call 888-600-2011.

Can others make submissions for Web Property updates if I am not available?

You can designate another person to submit posting requests if they are added to your account. A designated person can also submit WIC's from the primary email address. If we receive a request from an email that is not listed as an authorized contact, we will forward the request to you, the Web Property Owner instead of posting it. Let your Web Specialist know if you wish to add someone to your account as an authorized poster.
