Monthly ~vs~ Pay-as-You-Post Payment Plans

There are two types of WIPs to choose from: the monthly payment plan option or the “pay as you go” option.

Monthly Payment Option (WIP)

By choosing the Payment Plan option, you are entering into a legal, monthly agreement with GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™, an entity of Griot International, LLC. The terms of this agreement are between yourself (WPO) and GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™.You, the WPO agrees to pay the set monthly installments or WIPP by credit or debit card.

Pay-as-you-post Payment Option (WIP)

This is a legally binding contract for our services. The WIPPs are made on the date of WIPA approval and in the proceeding months. For example, if you purchase your WIP on the 11th of April, your payments will begin on the 11th of May and continue every month thereafter until the account is officially cancelled by either you, the Web Property Owner or GriotSites staff.

Payment Terms

This is a legally binding contract for our services. The WIPPs are made on the date of WIPA approval and in the proceeding months. For example, if you purchase your WIP on the 11th of April, your payments will begin on the 11th of May and continue every month thereafter until the account is officially cancelled by either you, the Web Property Owner or GriotSites staff. If you decide to cancel your WIP service, you will remain responsible for the monthly web hosting fee according to the type of Web Property in question. GriotSites reserves the right to refuse a WIP Applicant as it sees fit for no reason. The GriotSites reserves the right to alter or change these Terms at any time without notice. Overdue Accounts Policy

Because we do not conduct credit checks on our WPO Applicants, all WIPAs have a 0 grace period. A WIP Account Specialist (WIPS) may extend the grace period for a Client's WIPA but will do so at their own discretion, taking into consideration the Client's previous payment history and the life of their current or previous agreement. If payment arrangements are not made on or by the due date, the WIP account will automatically downgrade to an uninsured Web Property (UWP).

Deactivated WIP accounts cannot be active again until the past due payment plus 1 month in advance is submitted.

How do I pay on my WIP Account?

For your convenience, you will receive an invitation from one of our Accounting firms, Freshbooks. If you have current login credentials, Just  follow the instructions in the email, sign in and Pay your balance due. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal™, Stripe, and WePay™. It is your responsibility to make payments on time even if you didn't receive an invoice. Logging into your Freshbooks account at the beginning of each month will remind you that your payment is due. Lost invoices will not be accepted as a reason for not keeping your account current.

What does ‘Subject to Credit Approval’ mean?

Credit worthiness is determined by our Financial  division GriotPay™. We do not conduct traditional credit checks on our Applicants. When we say "subject to Credit Approval," we mean that we are reviewing your account. Although we don't pull your credit report to review your credit history, GriotSites has the right to deny an Applicant. You will receive a letter offering you a brief explanation on our decision. You have the right to re-apply only if your information has changed from the time you receive the "denial" letter.

GriotPay is a financial service that was created solely for managing WIP payments and helping potential Web Property and/or business owners to have a web presence while paying for their Web Property over time.
