You can pay your WIPP online payments with any of our payment gateways available below. This includes credit cards, PayPal, and WePay's ACH, so you can make a payment using the method that works best for you.
Pay by Phone: Contact us to make your payment over the phone at any time using a major Credit or Debit Card. $3.95 fee applies to use this service. Call for phone payments: 888-600-2011.
Pay by Bank Account: Make your payment by logging in and using your bank's online bill pay system. *Your bank must be listed in our system to use this service.
Pay by PayPal: Pay your WIPP using a fast, affordable and secure payment method used by millions across the globe.

Pay WIPP Using a Bank Account

Bank transfers allow WIP Clients to pay their WIPP directly from their bank account.

When you receive an Invoice from our payment processor (FreshBooks), you will see this option when you click on the "Pay Online" button.

What Is a Web Insurance Premium?

A Web Insurance Premium is the total cost of maintaining your Web Property's insurance policy (WIPP).  It is the payment you make on a regular basis to keep your web maintenance coverage active.

Depending on the type of Web Property determines the available WIP that a WPO can apply for.

How Often Do I Pay my WIPP?

Our web insurance plans are billed 30 days in advance and are due each month on the activation date.

Can I Pay my WIPP in advance?

Yes you can. Notify a WIPS of your desire to pay for your WIP in advance.

Do I receive a discount for paying my WIPP in advance?

Each WIPP that is paid in advance will receive 1 Griotcoin deposited in your WIPA. For example, if your WIPP is due on March 1st but you pay for March, April, and May at once, you will receive 2 Griotcoins (one for April and one for May).

What WIP payment methods are available?

• Signing up for direct withdrawal/Automated Clearing House (ACH).
• One-time online payment via your WIPA.
• Paying by phone (be prepared to supply a debit or credit card number to a WIPS).

Are there any penalties for paying my WIPP late?

WIPPs are prepaid on a monthly basis every 30 days. There are no contracts, therefore, your WIPP is due on or before the date you activated your WIPA. If your WIPP is not received by 11:59 PM MST on or before the due date, the WIPA will automatically go into a default status and automatically activate WIPconnect. Any Griotcoins collected will be in a "freeze" mode because the account needs to be active in order to use them. There is a reactivation fee for accounts that default due to late or nonpayment.

How do I cancel my WIP?

You can visit our “WIP Service Center” to cancel your WIP services.
Make a payment, manage your invoices, manage your billing account, and contact billing directly.
Request Web Property updates, manage WIC Tickets, manage your WIP Account, and contact Web Techs directly.
