Web Insurance Premium Plan Highlighted Terms

• All Web Insurance Plans are prepaid and expire on the day after its due date if not paid. All WIPA (Web Insurance Plan Account) will access a late fee for payments not received by the due date at 11:59 PM MST.

Pay-as-You-Post Payment Plans

• Web Insurance Plan™ reserves the right to delete/ download/ pull down/ take down the WPO's Web Property changes performed by the WIP Development team for non-payment with or without notice.

Not included would be a request to create full new webpages or new functionality requests such as adding an events calendar that is not already originally created. These would be UPGRADES rather than UPDATES, and would require a development time quote and budget.

• Web Insurance Plan™ reserves the right to update the meta tags of the web pages developed to improve position of the Web Property in major search engines without prior notice or approval from the WPO. A written request is needed if a Client does not want WIP to update their site's meta tags, or wish to submit their own for keywords for Web Insurance Plan™ to include.

Web Property Owner (WPO) Client Agreement

• The WPO agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and to indemnify Web Insurance Plan™, its Owners, its Affiliates and its Independent Contractors, from any claims, including attorney's fees, resulting from the Client's use of GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™ services.

• The WPO understands, agrees, and acknowledges that GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™ provides all web hosting services for Clients who have Web Insurance coverage.

• The WPO understands, agrees, and acknowledges that Web Insurance Plan™ will only provide maintenance offered in each respective Web Insurance Plan™. The WPO also understands that Web Insurance Plan™ does not offer on-call services in its insurance plans EXCEPT for the Full WIP Coverage option.

• The WPO understands, agrees, and acknowledges that GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs™ is not a marketing firm but offers the service to those who desire it. The WPO also understands that WIP may out-source to an affiliated marketing firm to perform or complete a web marketing job.

• The WPO understands, agrees, and acknowledges that ALL Site contents shall be reviewed, finalized, and approved by the Client.

• Web Insurance Plan™ will make every effort to return inquiries or at least acknowledge that the WPO's inquiry has been received within 48 hours. The WPO understands, agrees and acknowledges that a phone appointment may be necessary to discuss further edit request(s).

• The WPO understands, agrees, and acknowledges that contact with Web Insurance Plan™ shall be made primarily via the WPO WIP Forum; the only exception is if a file is too large to upload in which case must be submitted via WPO's primary email on file.

• The WPO understands, agrees and acknowledges that all pictures and documents that are being submitted to Web Insurance Plan™ to be included on the registered Web Property shall be scanned and submitted to WIP via the WPO WIP Forum.

• The WPO understands, agrees, and acknowledges that Web Insurance Plan™ may recommend third-party services to enhance their Web Property. Third-party services will not be added to a Web Property without the written consent of the WPO/Client.

Log Files

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which it is intended. Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend‟s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. WebInsurancePlan.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Support Forum

If you use the Support Forum on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Internal Surveys

Upon using our free services, you will be requested to participate in our periodic internal surveys which are conducted by WebInsurancePlan.com to determine your personal interests. These surveys are strictly voluntary. The data collected through these surveys will be used solely to determine the type of advertisements you will be exposed with when you are logged in to your control panel account.

Each survey will be sponsored by our partners, which will be in a form of survey prizes. However, any PII collected will not be shared in any way to any of our partners or affiliates. The information collected will only be used to enhance our Web site and your experience and to award prizes.

The surveys will be prompted when you are logging in to your WIPA or WebInsurancePlan.com account, a new survey will be prompted to you, whenever it is available.

Communications From The Site

When we receive email, we use return email addresses to reply with the information requested. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. When supplying contact information to WebInsurancePlan.com, you can indicate your preference if you would like to be contacted to receive information and updates about our services by logging in to your WebInsurancePlan.com account, going to your member profile page and choose not to receive any further notification emails from us or other information pertaining to WebInsurancePlan.com. Information you submit to us will not be used for this purpose unless you indicate this as your preference. When supplying contact information to WebInsurancePlan.com you can indicate your preference on your members profile page to participate in the WebInsurancePlan.com program if you would like to receive special offers from other companies that we think may be of interest to you through our periodically newsletter. Information you submit to us will not be used for this purpose unless you elect to participate in the WebInsurancePlan.com program or otherwise consent.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when placing an order on our site and paying through one of our trusted 3rd parties such as PayPal or 2Co. They only share back information with us about the transaction such as your name, item ordered, email address, etc. Choice/Opt-out We provide you the opportunity to „opt-out‟ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you register for our free services, but choose not to receive any promotional newsletter concerning our updated services.
