Paying WIPP Using a Bank Account

Bank transfers allow WIP Clients to pay their WIPP directly from their bank account.

When you receive an Invoice from our payment processor (FreshBooks), you will see this option when you click on the "Pay Online" button.

The steps for paying via Bank Transfer are as follows:
First, open the Invoice and click on the Pay Online button.
Next, click on the "Bank Transfer" button to start the Bank Transfer.

If you do not see this option, submit a ticket to billing to request access to this feature. Please note that adding this payment option is subject to approval.

The "Bank Transfer" feature is not available to you if your bank is not listed in WePay's system. According to them, they are working on adding additional banks in the future. As for now, the following banks are supported for Bank Transfers via WePay (instant verification only):

Bank of America
BB&T
Chase
Citi
Capital One 360
Charles Schwab
Fidelity Investments
Navy Federal Credit Union
PNC
TD Bank
US Bank
USAA
