Freeze It! Loyalty Program

Freeze It! is a program that we added as an option to assist our Clients when temporary circumstances interfere with the payment scheduled agreed upon as a part of our Web Insurance Plans. This program allows a Web Property Owner to cease monthly WIPPs for their WIPA and restart where they left off. This is very helpful for owners who cannot make their monitoring payments, but plan to reactive their WIPA in the near future.

The Freeze It! program is a special service that is offered to each GriotSites Web Property Owner who has been on the WIP for at least 3 months or 90 days. Each owner is allowed 1 Freeze It! token to use within a 12 month period. T
okens are not the same as Griotcoins and do not roll over nor do they hold monetary value so they have to be used within the 12-month period from the date it was issued.

If you are dismissed from WIP due to nonpayment, you are not allowed to restart the program until you have cleared past balances and submitted the first 2 months of payment in advance before WIP services can be restored.

The "Freeze It!" program eliminates many of these penalties and fees because it allows the Web Property Owner to "bookmark" when they wish to freeze their service and restart the service without starting over or incurring additional fees.

Free annual Web Property makeovers are offered to Web Property Owners who have been on theWIP for at least 12 consecutive months and has accumulated 12 Griotcoins to trade for the makeover. If your account is suspended or cancelled for nonpayment, you lose your accumulated time and have to start over.

The "Freeze It!" program allows you to keep your accumulated Griotcoins without having to start over.

If your WIP is suspended due to nonpayment, you are penalized for each suspension. Since you are allowed 3 approved extensions in a 12 month period, the Freeze-It! program will stop the penalties so that you will not lose your available extensions.

Suspensions Due to Non-Payment

Suspension of The Freeze It! program occurs when a WIP payment is NOT received in our office by the due date of that payment or WIPP. There is a 24-hour grace period before services are suspended. WIPA suspensions that last longer than 30 days will be terminated, and a new approval has to be determined to start the program again. See our Service Terms for clarity.
