Although this Web Property is packed with everything you need to know about our new maintenance plans (formally known as Monitoring Services), we understand that a little guidance may be needed as you familiarize yourself with your WIP.

The first thing to do is to familiarize yourself with the current webpage you are viewing. This is the "Client Area, and important links, as well as important announcements are found here. This area is not available to the public, so remember to sign in if you are wanting to return to the Client Area or WIPA Dashboard.

Learning the WIP Language

To the right of this "Client Area" is a blue book. Clicking it will navigate you to a list of terms that are used frequently throughout this Web Property and other corresponding sources/materials regarding WIP.

Another way to learn the WIP language is by clicking on a live link. When you come across a word or term that is in the form of a live weblink, you click it and either a "popup" window will open with a definition or you will navigate to a webpage that contains additional information. Choosing a WIP may seem intimidating at first, but you will get the understanding of how it works in no time at all. The WIP was created based on our experiences with Clients over the past 10 years. We took into consideration which business types need a particular service, how often businesses request maintenance/updates, etc.

The next thing we did was conduct research on at least 5 other businesses who are offering the same services we offer. As should anyone who has a live Web Property, we researched the services being offered along with turnaround times and prices. Believe it or not, we were a little taken aback to learn what we found. Don't worry, although tempting, we didn't allow the prices that others are charging to affect the plans we offer to our WIP members. Selecting a Web Maintenance Coverage That Fits!

In deciding which WIP to choose for your Web Property, it is best to ask yourself a few questions to determine what level of coverage will work best. We've gathered a few common questions to jump-start your thinking process in this matter. At the end of each question is a WIP suggestion to give you an idea which one is right for your needs. This is only a quick guide to assist you in choosing the WIP you need. Remember that you can contact WIPS if you still need assistance in choosing a plan.

If you were on our previous "Monitoring Services" plan, WIPS can assist you in choosing a new plan based on your past maintenance plan history. Although our plans have changed drastically, we are sure that there is a plan available to fit every level of coverage.

This Web Property is full of information to provide clarity about our new maintenance plans. We encourage you to search this site thoroughly to find the answers that you need. You can also check out our knowledge forum for common questions regarding WIP.

Due to our extremely tight schedule, you must schedule an appointment if you need phone support at this time. If you do schedule an appointment for assistance with choosing a WIP, the maximum conference time is 10 minutes.
